Scoop bras, from a cotton bralette to a strapless bandeau
Our scoop bras run from a soft cotton bralette to a strapless bandeau, with most made with 90–95% organic cotton and the stretchiest styles in at least 70% recycled nylon. A few are made with TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers instead.
What is a scoop bra?
The neckline is a wide, low curve across the cups, rather than the straight edge of a bandeau or the point of a triangle cut. Nearly all of ours are bralettes: no underwire, pull-on or with adjustable straps, giving light support rather than lift. In searches they turn up as scoop neck bras, a scoop bralette or a low scoop bra, and they are all the same shape.
The cotton scoop bralettes
The cotton scoop bralettes are made with 90–95% organic cotton and elastane. The Flex Bralette is the plain one; the Flex Lace Scoop Bralette adds a lace trim and a ribbon bow; the Core, Core Play and Core Rib Open Back Scoop Bralettes are cut away at the back, with the Core Rib in a ribbed knit. If you want a cotton scoop bralette with nothing else going on, start with the Flex.
The Soft Touch bralette
The Soft Touch Scoop Neck Bralette is the one scoop bra made with TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers and elastane.
Strapless, and the lowest cut
The Bare Bandeau Bralette is made with at least 70% recycled nylon and elastane, with removable padding and detachable multi-way straps, covering the strapless case, and it is the lowest-cut scoop bra here. The Easy Tank Bra is the tank-shaped one, 47% cotton made with TENCEL™ Modal fibers, on a wider elastic band.
Which scoop bra for which neckline?
A low top wants the Bare Bandeau, a plain tee wants the Flex, and the open-back styles work under anything cut away at the back.
Sizes, and the other necklines
Nearly every scoop bra comes in XXS to XXL, with XXXL on most styles and XXXXL on some; some use band and cup or numeric sizes.
