Slouchy socks, made with 71% organic cotton

We make one slouchy sock, in four colors: made with 71% organic cotton, 26% recycled polyamide and a little elastane. It is knitted to a crew height and cut loose through the leg, so it sits around the mid-calf and our women's slouchy socks gather there instead of gripping.

What makes a sock slouchy?

A looser cuff and a longer leg. A regular crew sock is knitted to hold at the calf; a slouch sock is knitted with enough give that it settles into folds. That means no band digging in at the top, which is the usual reason people go looking for cotton slouchy socks in the first place. At 71% the sock is cotton-led, with the 26% recycled polyamide and the elastane doing the shaping rather than the bulk.

Where they sit on the leg

Slouch socks sit high enough to show above a loafer or a low boot, and they work pushed down over a sneaker. The four colors are Black, Grey Melange, Matcha Green and Nutmeg, so they either disappear or they are the point.

The other sock lengths

If you want a longer sock, our knee-high socks reach below the knee. For a sock cut to sit at the crew instead, our regular socks are the standard crew, and our leg warmers go over the top of either.

Shoe sizes, and the wash

Sizes run 35–38, 39–42 and 43–46, so pick by shoe size rather than by clothing size. Machine wash cold and skip the tumble dryer. Read about our materials here.
