Mini dresses in 88% organic cotton

Our mini dresses are two styles, the Core Mini Dress and the Core Halter Mini Dress, both made with 88% organic cotton and elastane. Mini here means the hem sits above the knee, and Core is the fabric family both belong to.

What makes a basic mini dress?

A dress you can wear without planning around it. Both of these are plain — no print, no paneling, one fabric — so the difference between them is the neckline rather than the look. The Core Mini Dress has a standard neckline; the Core Halter Mini Dress ties at the neck and leaves the shoulders bare.

The fabric

Both are made with 88% organic cotton and elastane, which is a cotton you can feel with enough give to pull on over the head. Core is a fabric family rather than a single garment, so the same 88% organic cotton blend turns up in the Core skirts and tops elsewhere on the site; these two are its dresses. That also means a Core mini dress and a Core top are the same cloth rather than a near match.

Sizes and colors

Sizes run XXS to XXXL on nearly every style. Three colors run across the two styles: Black, Hibiscus Kiss and Rust.
