"5' 4" 120lbs Medium was too big Sizing has been a bit of a nightmare. I thought I had finally found my size in OB underwear after starting out with a high rise brief in an XS, returning, ordering a S, returning, ordering a medium - perfect fit for the high rise brief. So I order the Flex cheeky briefs in a medium, they're too big. Returned, we'll see how the S fit. I get it, not all designs are going to fit the same. This process would be SO much easier if the reviews just asked reviewers their measurement details and what size they ordered. That's literally the main reason people check reviews - to try to glean what size they are. Y'all have tons of reviews, they're just lacking the information required to make a purchase. Also when you ask: "How does you Organic Basics product fit?" If I choose "True to size" is that true to size for ALL underwear or just within this brand of products? Overall super confusing experience that leads to a TON of returns. With the help of a designer, you could save so much money and user frustration."
