Organic Basics accepts Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, and MobilePay. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to Organic Basics, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. organicbasics.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. All prices include Danish VAT. organicbasics.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. On organicbasics.com prices are shown in the following currencies: Danish Kroner (DKK), Euro (€), American Dollar (USD) and British Pound (GBP). organicbasics.com sends all packages with GLS and PostNord in Denmark. To all the international destinations DHL, UPS, and GLS are used. Exceptions cannot be made. Shipping times for regular service outside of Denmark are 3-7 business days, and as a regular service inside Denmark 24 hours. organicbasics.com accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. All shipping times are guiding. International shipping costs vary from continent to continent. The exact cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout stage. The minimum order value to be eligible for free shipping is shown on organicbasics.com under FAQ. Local customs and duties may apply upon import. These not covered by Organic Basics and need to be paid by the customer. We can issue a full refund or issue an exchange for orders returned within 365 days of purchase. If you would like to make an exchange or get a refund of your goods, please use our form found here.
Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, and will otherwise not be accepted.
When filling out the return form, please be accurate and remember to add colors and sizes. If you would like to make an exchange please let us know which products (sizes and colors) you would like instead. All packages are sent in a reusable envelope, which can be used for returns.
It is very important that you place a note inside the parcel stating the order number, otherwise we will not be able to identify the parcel. If we are unable to identify the parcel, we cannot make the refund or exchange.
Shipments do not include a return label, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by Organic Basics. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Organic Basics.

Once the returned product is received by Organic Basics, the items(s) will be exchanged or refunded as per your request within 14 days. Organic Basics will incur the cost for outgoing shipping of exchanges, but reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer in some circumstances.
All products from Organic Basics come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors.
